What to know about class:
What type of a workout will I get?
A 45 minute class that involves your child and a combination of strength training, aerobic training, and stretching. Some of the toning and strengthening will be done with resistance bands, which will be provided before each class.

What to bring?
Make sure to bring your stroller, a towel or a yoga mat, and a water bottle and of course your baby!
What type of stroller is needed?
Strollers of any kind are welcome as long as they are not umbrella strollers and they have working brakes. They do not have to be joggers.
When can I start?
Moms can start anytime after they are 6 wks post partum and after their doctor has given approval. Your first class is free, so come give it a try!!
Does my child have to be an infant?
Your child does not have to be an infant to begin. Toddlers and small children are welcome as long as they can be seated comfortably in a stroller.
If my child is not able to come to class one day, can I still come?
YES! If your child is feeling ill or can't make it to class and you still want a workout, by all means come and enjoy!
Do I have to be fit to start?
This class is for all levels and will accommodate beginning, intermediate, and advanced.
What to wear?
Dress yourself and your child appropriately for the weather- light layers are recommended for outdoor classes and a blanket if it is breezy for your child. Athletic clothing, a supportive sports bra and athletic shoes are a necessity. Remember sunscreen for baby and mom on those sunny days!
What happens if my child is upset during class?
Baby distractions occur- its part of motherhood! No worries-Just stop and tend to your child and catch up. The interaction and entertainment of mom working out will keep them happy! I recommend you nurse or feed your little one prior to class to keep him or her content. Sometimes children just want out of the stroller and we can accommodate these situations too. It may take a few times before your child becomes used to the stroller movement, but I am here to help. I am a new mother myself and understand these situations!
